PeopleFirst—the people and leadership development arm of Alpine Investors—challenged us to create a visual framework that would bring greater clarity, engagement, and energy to the PeopleFirst program.
The goal was to honor the structure and professionalism of the Alpine brand while introducing a more vibrant, flexible, and human-centered visual identity. This new framework needed to resonate across a range of applications, from learning materials to presentations and marketing collateral.

We built a design system that preserved Alpine’s structured and professional aesthetic while layering in vibrant, organic elements. By introducing a brighter color palette, dynamic typography, and thoughtful photography, we created a visual identity that felt both uplifting and credible, reflecting PeopleFirst’s mission to empower leadership and growth.

The new visual framework was applied across a suite of marketing collateral, presentations, and templates, all designed for clarity, flexibility, and consistency. Our approach ensured that the PeopleFirst team could easily scale and adapt materials for different audiences and contexts—delivering clear, engaging communications that fostered stronger connections and inspired professional development.
