PeopleFirst, Alpine Investors’ dedicated people department, engaged us to create the visual identity and design system for Playbook University (PlaybookU)—Alpine’s flagship educational program designed for its CEOs and CITs (CEO-in-Training participants).
The objective was to develop a brand and suite of materials that could communicate professionalism, growth, and inspiration, while aligning seamlessly with Alpine’s established identity. The PlaybookU brand needed to serve as a bridge between education and leadership development—supporting both in-person and virtual learning experiences.



Building a Brand for Growth & Leadership
We crafted a distinctive visual identity for PlaybookU that fused Alpine’s core branding with fresh, dynamic elements. The iconic Alpine arrows became central to the design system—symbolizing growth, direction, and momentum. Our approach balanced professionalism with energy, creating a cohesive visual language that would resonate with CEOs, CITs, and the broader Alpine community.

Creating Scalable, Engaging Learning Assets
With the brand established, we designed a suite of marketing collateral, presentation templates, and learning materials tailored for both virtual and in-person experiences. Through a collaborative process, we developed flexible, high-impact templates and assets that empowered the PeopleFirst team to communicate effectively while maintaining visual consistency and reinforcing PlaybookU’s mission of continuous growth and professional excellence.
